Job Description

Large National Financial Services Provider urgently require experienced and qualified Claims Administrator for Cape Town branch
Non employment equity position
Matric certificate
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
1 to 3 years’ admin experience – sound knowledge of systems and admin procedures and functions
Computer literate (Microsoft office & must be able to do system processing
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Be a able to work under pressure
Excellent inter-personal skills
Sound problem solving skills
Highly organized worker
Team Player
Effective time management skills
Register claims and handle administration of average general claims
Diarise workflow and follow up on outstanding queries
Prepare payment requisitions and handle payment queries
Assist with the preparation of Third Party and Salvage files and handling admin and queries

Minimum Grade 12
