Description of Duties
My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join their team! If you have strong recruitment skills, a solid understanding of South African labour laws, and can manage multiple departments needs, we want to hear from you
Departmental Support – Collaborate with different departments to meet HR needs.
Recruitment & Onboarding – Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations – Conduct disciplinary hearings, issue warnings, and handle grievances.
UIF Administration – Process UIF documents and ensure accurate submissions.
Skills Development – Oversee training initiatives and Workplace Skills Plans (WSP).
Payroll & Benefits – Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory deductions.
Compliance & Policies – Ensure adherence to BCEA, LRA, and EE Act.
HR Administration – Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
All other details will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in an HR Generalist role with strong recruitment experience.
License & Transport: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Labour Law Knowledge: UIF, leave management, disciplinary procedures, and skills development.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
