Performance Plan Percentage Increase to be confirmed with Owner, unless otherwise stipulated; Notification to be sent two calendar months prior to anniversary; Loading of Repeat Payments; Check all municipal accounts and ensure all amounts charged correctly; Complete list for payments of internal- and external levies. Owners Financial Statements Check Rent Roll, ensuring all charges were raised. Lease Expiry Lists Maintenance Comply to all performance valuation requirements Processing jobs in Docuware Internal and external customer service To fully utilize all the relevant information systems Departmental Measure Rental Increases. Rental Increases. Loading of repeat payments. Municipal accounts. Internal/external levies. Monthly Reporting. Cancellations. Reversals Timely Maintenance. Contactor’s invoices to be finalised and sent for payment. Timely Query/dispute resolution. Monitoring of FixFlo issues.
Qualifications
Matric Own Transport Valid Drivers License 1 year experience in residential letting
