Menu Familiarity & Promotion: Cultivate a thorough understanding of menu items, daily specials, and pricing to assist guests in their selections and promote offerings when appropriate. Guest Interaction: Proactively engage with guests, facilitating smooth communication to enhance their dining experience. POS System Proficiency: Efficiently use the POS system for managing seating arrangements and processing guest orders accurately. Table Coordination: Monitor multiple tables to ensure a seamless workflow, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely service. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following established procedures. Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and stay informed about menu updates.
