Description of Duties
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Capturing and balancing Debtor and Creditors accounts.
Preparing bank accounts (Capture and balance of Cashbooks)
Preparing Debtor invoices and collecting payments. (Keeping track of overdue accounts)
Managing cash flow – Petty cash recon daily.
Updating general ledger account and preparing trial balances.
Process Payroll
Prepare timesheets and leave record. (Payslips done by Head Office)
Create and update records and databases of personnel.
Quotations
Invoicing
Prepare weekly budget.
Prepare and update Sales Report.
Assist with customer & staff queries.
Opening of Job Requisitions when Receptionist is absent.
Booking of service vehicles
Preparing credit applications for new suppliers when required
Qualifications
First & most important the person must be able to handle a high-volume workload daily and be able to work under pressure.
Must have multitasking abilities.
Highly organised & good time management skills.
Attention to detail
Calm personality
Must have at least 3 – 5 years Office Administration experience
Computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good knowledge of Pastel – Invoicing, Quotes, Trial Balance
Experience in Debtors & Creditors
Salary
R10 000 - R15 000
