Food & Beverage Supervisor As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be essential in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, guiding a team dedicated to providing outstanding service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and support the food and beverage team, ensuring all operations align with hotel standards and best practices. Operational Management: Oversee the daily setup, service, and teardown of food and beverage functions, maintaining high levels of efficiency, cleanliness, and staffing adequacy. Guest Engagement: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests, addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution. Staff Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they deliver top-tier service consistently. Sales Strategy: Drive sales by actively promoting menu offerings and suggesting enhancements to increase overall revenue. Event Coordination: Plan and manage special events, guaranteeing that all service expectations are not only met but exceeded. Cross-Departmental Communication: Facilitate effective communication with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on service performance metrics, guest feedback, and financial outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring all staff adhere to food safety standards and hotel policies consistently.
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory capacity in the food and beverage sector. Knowledge of inventory management and budget oversight. Dedication to guest satisfaction and a passion for exceptional service. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
