My client based in Brandfort seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Fleet Controller to oversee daily fleet operations. The successful candidate will coordinate vehicle movements, monitor driver performance, and ensure efficient and safe transport activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily vehicle and driver schedules Monitor fleet movements via tracking systems Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, or issues Ensure vehicles are serviced, roadworthy, and compliant with regulations Maintain fleet records, fuel usage, and trip logs Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Liaise with maintenance teams, suppliers, and customers Ensure adherence to company safety policies and transport legislation
