Description of Duties
The company is currently seeking to appoint a Letting Agent who is available to commence employment as soon as possible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Canvassing and sourcing new rental properties
Acquiring and managing new clients for listed properties
Performing general administrative and operational tasks related to property lettings
This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and an interest in the property and rental sector.
Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates under the age of 35, in line with operational requirements
Valid SA Driver's License
Experience and knowledge property and rental sector will be advantageous
