Description of Duties
Overseeing all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning to execution and completion.
Ensure the effective management of a team within various set skills from general maintenance, plumbing and electrical.
Ensure adherence to building legislation and performance, quality, cost and safety standards.
Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications; facilitating the approval process of drawings by all relevant bodies.
Plan construction projects by designing a layout plan, obtaining relevant drawing approvals and complying with the bill of quantities.
Negotiate with subcontractors involved in the construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
3 - 5 Years of managing a Team with various skills set.
7-10 Years of experience in general construction, plumbing and electrical.
