To sell goods and services such as modems, accessories and other hardware in the retail establishment. Deliver client service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service in a professional and efficient way. Conduct and monitor sales of products, goods and/ or services by determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care. Accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices. Receive and process cash; check and charge/credit payments for goods and services sold. Demonstrate and explain to customers the establishment s goods and services. Describe product s features and benefits, different services available; provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise. Assist customer inquiries on accounts, products received, sales of company products and services, and the basic company functions. Demonstrate after-sale service to clients. Handle customer enquiries on accounts, products received, sales of company products and services, and the basic functions. Co-ordinate client service functions by ensuring a good internal and external customer service at all times. Demonstrate the company and products to new and potential customers. Marketing and Sales: Marketing of business and liaison with different customers using effective marketing and sales techniques. Ensure excellent knowledge of company products and services. Cold canvassing of sales by means of client visits. Achieve monthly targets: Achieve monthly individual and -shop sales targets by executing the activation and upgrading of new and existing contracts. Report weekly- and monthly sales figures. Ensure that all documentation is completed with the correct details and information of the clients. Build relationships with other departments and ensure that actions they support within the Walk-in are executed accurately and timeously. Manage stock-control: Assist with the ongoing management of stock by assisting and monitoring weekly product inventories, stacking and displaying goods and products Participate and monitor monthly and yearly stock-takes.
