Ensure optimal performance of milling equipment
Oversee and fine-tune milling process for maximum efficiency
Maintain high product quality standards
Conduct routine equipment maintenance
Train and mentor team members to build a positive high-performance culture
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate of NQF 4 equivalent
SAGMA of GMF Accredit Qualification
Ate least 7 years experience as a Miller, specifically with Wheat
Broad Grain milling experience own transport
