Quality and Food Safety Coordinator
Description of Duties
Enable departments, by coordinating activities, to comply with HACCP, PRP and ISO 22000:2018 standards Conduct daily, weekly nd monthly value-added interventions with personnel regarding Quality Awareness and Food Safety talks. Coordinate GMP and PRP control by implementation, maintaining and reporting on the effectiveness of the company's GMP and PRP programs. Conduct Mycotoxin tests on the the final product. Review all Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring and verifications records to ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits an frequencies. Monitor all IMTE (Inspection, measuring and testing equipment) for calibrations. Generate COA'S upon request from clients. Monitor and maintain system documents.
B.Sc. or National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Sciences. Knowledge in ISO 22000 and 22002, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP. 2 years' experience in a FMCG environment focused on food safety. Knowledge of grain milling industry will be advantageous.
