Description of Duties
Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of the tipper truck fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance. Managing the fleet across different regions, ensuring consistent standards and practices. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient service. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and filing. Communication: Liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly. Compliance: Ensure all fleet activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that arise
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in fleet management, particularly with tipper trucks. Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management software and tools. We use Muvyr and CarTrack. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office. Education: Relevant qualifications in logistics, transportation, or a related field. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in administrative tasks and record keeping. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments
