Description of Duties
Managing of ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
Preventative Maintenance planning (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Manage packaging process through optimization of staff and machines
Ensure packaging standard is on company and customer satisfactory level
Managing of final product and packaging materials as per minimum and maximum stock levels
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent of NQF 4
A Relevant Qualification in Packaging will be advantageous
2 years supervisory experience
3 years packaging experience in a grain milling industry
