Description of Duties
Lobby Ambassador Job Description Position Overview: As a Lobby Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our visitors and clients. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for maintaining a secure and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Security and Access Management: Implement access control measures by greeting all visitors and ensuring proper security clearance. Assist visitors needing legitimate access to the facility. Efficiently screen visitors and input their details into the electronic booking system. Conduct safety inspections for hazards, security breaches, and unauthorized personnel. Monitor the premises using appropriate equipment, including CCTV systems. Customer Service Excellence: Provide information about the facility, local area, and amenities, addressing any visitor inquiries with professionalism. Respond promptly to requests for services such as transportation, reservations, or special arrangements. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Food and Beverage) to resolve guest requests and concerns. Administrative Support: Assist the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and franking. Communicate facility-related issues to users via email. Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, including the Director of Residence and Director of Security, to ensure a smooth operation during your shift. Maintain positive relationships with team members and support collaborative goals. Safety and Compliance: Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete necessary safety training. Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Miscellaneous Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management. Maintain the reception area’s standards and ensure it aligns with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Must maintain good health and present a neat, professional appearance. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
