Description of Duties
To drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling the company's range of products and services across different business channels, including but not limited to :
Multi-Functional Printers,
Wide Format Printers
PABX
CCTV
Industrial Shredders
VOIP lines
Internet Lines,
Furniture
Consumables
Microsoft 365 licenses, and other related software products
This role involves engaging with new and existing clients to create and expand their portfolio, by cross-selling and transforming single-product accounts into a full suite of diverse business solutions.
The role is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding monthly sales targets through a dual approach: maintaining regular, cyclical visits to existing clients while also engaging in broader outreach to pre-qualified new clients across all industry segments and proactive sales activities to obtain and retain the organizational an individually assigned client bases
Qualifications
Grade 12 or relevant qualification (compulsory)
Relevant diploma or degree (advantageous)
Minimum Experience:
Jnr Position: (1+ years’) experience in a sales role within the office automation/ IT industry
Snr Position: (5+ years’) experience in a sales role within the office automation/IT industry
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics within the office automation.
Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to adapt and willingness to undertake continues professional development
Ability to organize and maintain administration systems.
Ability to network and utilize marketing tools.
Ability to investigate and gather relevant information with in a timely manner
Problem-solving ability and working collaboratively with other experts
Ability to manage and constructively solve conflict
Proficient In MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Numeracy skills with basic financial calculations
