Description of Duties
The Project Coordinator will oversee the progress of projects and the development of students throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating training-related activities, student support, and ensuring effective communication between students and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
Training & Student Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for students
Provide ongoing student support and follow-ups
Source, onboard, and prepare students for training programs
Coordinate the preparation and management of training resources
Ensure successful enrollment and readiness of students for training
Address student queries and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Manage Portfolios of Evidence (POE) and assessment arrangements
Provide remedial support as needed
Liaise with SETAs and clients
Travel to various project sites as required
Reporting:
Track and report on student enrollments, placements, completions, and permanent appointments
Provide regular updates on project progress
Administration:
Manage student contracts and supporting documentation
Maintain student profiles across various stakeholder platforms
Perform compliance checks and corrective actions
Manage databases and handle ad hoc administrative duties
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data capturing or administrative roles
Experience in client or stakeholder liaison
This position requires someone with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
