Direct Customer Sales
Assisting Customers
Preparing Quotes for Customers
Telesales
Quoting on Tenders
Booking out Sales Orders
Provide internal support function for Key Account Managers and Sales Reps
Receiving and liaising with customers in regards to enquiries, incidents or complaints
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at All times
Ability to work under pressure
Technically minded
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Driven by results, committed to meeting deadlines, ambitious and dedicated, taking on full responsibility and ownership of the position.

Qualifications
Grade 12, with mathematics as a subject is essential
Minimum 5 year experience in sales
Valid Drivers License
Computer Literate in (Pastel Evolution, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
Strong telephone etiquette and moderate administration skills
Able to maintain and develop customer relationships across all cultures
Good mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
Own Transport
The successful candidate will undergo ITC and criminal checks
