Description of Duties
Proven experience with managing a creditors book of 200+ suppliers with a monthly book value of ±R30 million.
Strong background in procurement card administration and reconciliations.
Experience with fleet account reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Proficient in petty cash handling, including monthly balancing and controls.
Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliations, including analysis and resolution of variances.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
Outstanding communication and professionalism
Qualifications
Matric non-negotiable
Diploma in finance beneficial
2 years working experience as a creditors clerk dealing with stock.
MS Office
Strong numeric
Strong reconsolidation skills
Stock supplier experience beneficial
Supplier book value of 12mil
