Description of Duties
Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for inventory related
File, sore and retrieve documents as needed by the Inventory team
Ensure all inventory documentation is completed, signed and properly archived
Assist in date entry of stock movements into the inventory management system
Perform regular check to ensure all documentation aligns with system records
Support audits by providing requested files and documentation in a timely manner
Dispose of outdated files according to company to company record retention policies
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent to NQF 4
1 - 2 years of experience in a clerical, administrative or inventory role
