Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. Evaluate daily productivity metrics and compare actual performance against set budgets. Compile monthly reports detailing facility productivity and performance. Stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to support spa promotional activities and implement marketing initiatives. Communicate professionally with prospective spa guests via email, phone, and in person. Establish and pursue departmental goals in alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct interviews and recruit Spa Therapists, ensuring a skilled and diverse team. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and address development needs.
